Professor Marion Saville
Professor Marion Saville is a New Zealand medical graduate who trained in Anatomic Pathology. She went on to complete a research fellowship, focussing on HPV. She has held the position of Executive Director of VCS since 2000.
Marion has served on numerous cervical screening advisory committees in Australia and most recently she was a member of the Cervical Screening Renewal Steering Committee.
Dr Gino Pecoraro
An obstetrician and gynaecologist, Dr Gino Pecoraro is the spokesperson for the federal Australian Medical Association (AMA), and the past president of AMA Queensland. As well as running a successful private practice, he is also an award-winning medical journalist.
Dr Ginni Mansberg
A GP with over 20 years’ experience, Dr Ginni Mansberg has also forged a successful media career, with regular appearances on Australian television and radio and a number of published books to her name. A passionate supporter of women’s health, she is currently a spokesperson for ACCF across Australia.
Associate Professor Stephen R. Weinstein
Associate Professor Stephen R. Weinstein is the Director of Pathology at the Queensland Health Pathology Services. Earning a Masters of Health Administration, FRCPA, FRACMA and FACHSE, Professor Weinstein has a wealth of knowledge and experience and in particular, assists ACCF when it comes to scientific issues related to pathology and cytology.
Professor Jonathan Carter
Trained in gynaecological oncology at the University of Minnesota, Professor Jonathan Carter is the Head of the Sydney Gynaecological Oncology Group at the Sydney Cancer Centre and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. During his career, he has authored and co-authored over 115 journal articles and is currently researching a range of topics including fast track surgical programs, magnetic resonance spectroscopy in ovarian cancers and vaginal dysfunction after pelvic irradiation therapy.
