The Faces of Cervical Cancer
Welcome to The Faces of Cervical Cancer – a space where you can read and share your stories of how cervical cancer has affected you or your loved ones.
Worldwide, cervical cancer is the fourth most common cancer affecting women and over 800 Australian women are diagnosed with it every year. Thousands of Australian women are also affected by cervical abnormalities. Receiving a diagnosis can be a very scary and isolating time but we want you to know that you are not alone. We hope that by reading these stories, women will feel empowered to look after their cervical health so that together we can eliminate this insidious disease.
